REQUEST SICK TIME (ESTA)
Effective 10/19/2026, all Earned Sick Time (ESTA) requests must be submitted through Miter.
To request sick time, please visit the Miter App or team.miter.com. If you do not have the app, below is a link to download the Miter App to your phone:

Once you are in the Miter platform, please select Time-Off from the toolbar at the bottom or by clicking on, “All Tools” and then “Time-Off”, and “Request time off”.
